Spend More Time with Nature
The Great News is that YOU have the POWER to
Change Your Life.
YOU. ARE. IN. CONTROL!
You can make small changes that will make a HUGE
difference.
Start with the easiest thing and the best thing you can do
for yourself:
The only way for you to truly connect is to get out there
and simply Experience.
I like to say: “MORE Green time, LESS Screen time”
Stop wasting your time online and re-structure your life
for you to Thrive!
We, as Humans were made to Connect with our
Natural Environment. Nature is a part of...
Every part of us!
It affects us in ways we couldn’t even imagine.
It gives us everything that we need to Survive and to
Thrive! We are completely Inter-Twined in this beautiful
chemistry of life.
When we truly connect ourselves with our natural
environment, we are better people INSIDE-OUT!
Not only are our bodies Healthier but our Minds are
healthier too.
NATURE increases our sense of Gratitude, Generosity &
Selflessness. We are more Mindful of others & more in-
tuned with Ourselves.
We are more Inspired, Creative & Motivated...
Our overall quality of life dramatically improves.
We need Nature to keep ourselves Balanced.
why do we need
Nature?
The more disconnected we become from Nature
the more our Health Suffers
The Problem is that our Modern Lives is taking us further
and further away from Nature....throwing off that balance
that we need to feel good and be healthy.
We have rapidly become an indoor species.
Spending over 93% of our time inside! Leading to so many
different illnesses and behavioral disorders.
Never before have we seen such a decline in people’s
mental health like deep depression and anxiety to the
dramatic increase in actual suicides and suicidal thoughts.
This disconnection from the natural world is not
only affecting our health Physically but it’s affecting it
Mentally and Emotionally.
Studies show that the average American
spends 93% of their time indoors!
and most of that time their faces are On Screens.
LESS SCREEN TIME
MORE GREEN TIME

The modern Dilemma
Technology is an Amazing tool that benefits us in so many
ways. It’s essential that we use it wisely.
Learn from it & EVOLVE with it
But Don’t let it consume your life
and hinder your Natural Development as a Human.
our health has been
drastically Declining
“Technology has given us so much freedom,
but at the same time IT IS TRAPPING US!”
We have to take control of our Minds
and create more balance in our lives.
Since the uprising of Technology and Social Media.

Health Benefits
of spending time in Nature:
forest
have you ever heard of
bathing?
Let’s start off by saying that Forest Bathing has been
something that we have always done from the beginning of time.
Forest Bathing is simply being in a Forest or any Natural
Environment and taking it in through ALL of your senses.
It’s being in the present moment and connecting with the
atmosphere around you.
As you can imagine, we don’t do this as much as we used to
or as much as we need to, which is how the concept of
“Forest Bathing” even started.
Also known as “Shinrin-Yoku”
Forest Bathing was invented in Japan in the early 1980's.
During this time, Technology had it’s big boom and people started to
spend a lot more time in-front of computers.
Suddenly Japan started to have a really bad health crisis,
many people were getting very sick and even dying.
Doctors said that their people were in desperate need of
“Healing Through Nature”.
What seemed to be common sense & a simple solution to their
problems....still ignited a Scientific Experiment that would span many
years of extensive research.
Thanks to amazing new Technology,
Doctors were able to Scientifically prove the direct positive effects
of nature in our bodies and what exactly is going on inside of us when
we are immersed in a natural environment.
Bottom line...
Spending time in Nature DRAMATICALLY Improves our Health!
Point. Blank. Period!
So Doctor’s in Japan began to prescribe “Forest Bathing”
to their patients as a scientifically proven method to cure illnesses
and enhance their patients over all well-being.
Since then, Forest Bathing became a very popular practice
not only in Japan but around the world.
